Homeschool Resource: Educents

With Charlie going into 3rd Grade next year I wanted to make sure Charlie is ready for it. As he and David are still torn about Charlie returning to Regular School instead of Homeschool. But for me I wanted to Homeschool Charlie one more year. So today I would like to share with you a Homeschool Resource Educents  that I can not wait to have Charlie try out.

So I have been gathering items for 3rd grade and mixing it in with 2nd grade. And so far everything I have found for 3rd grade Charlie has been able to do and hasn’t had any problems with the work.

So this morning I decided to check out Educents and I found 3rd Grade Math Lesson Plans and I will be downloading it for Charlie today and using these for the next couple weeks so I can see what Charlie knows and doesn’t know.

And if you would have a 3rd grade student you might want to check out 3rd Grade Math Lesson Plans as well as they are free. And if your like me the more items we can find for free the better off we are.

This lesson plan (23 pages) answers the most important question most homeschooling parents have – What specific math concepts should my student learn for his/her grade level? Most homeschool moms are super busy trying to make sure that their students are getting quality education at home. Oftentimes, they do not have time to thoroughly research and learn what students should be learning at each grade level. It is absolutely critical that you know what is expected at each grade level and make arrangements to provide the learning materials that cover all appropriate math concepts adequately.

I also want to contact Educents and see if they have this for 2nd grade as well as I would like to have Charlie go through it as well. This way I can make sure Charlie knows all he needs to know for 2nd grade as well.
