Goat Cheese Recipes

Homeschooling Charlie has opened lots of new experiences in our family. Now that Charlie is taking a Cooking Class as part of his Home Economics Course we’ve been able to try new food ingredients we wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Which includes visiting unique restaurants in Dallas/ Fort Worth.

David is a lot braver when it comes to food than Charlie and I are. David will eat Rabbit, Deer and Snakes and so, many other foods Charlie and I wouldn’t ever consider tasting. Including Goat which I never planned on trying and neither did Charlie but with David’s borthday at the end of the month Charlie has decided to fix Goat for David.
