Gluten-Free Tuesdays! is back and this week I am sharing a new recipe for Strength & Sunshine. If you have time take a look at her website and look at the banner as it is so cute. I love the Umbrella she has on her banner. Charlie also liked it and he says he thinks you will as well. We also like the yellow color she chose as it is so cheerful.

I am so happy she has allowed me to share her recipe for Gluten-Free Stuffed Shells With Vegan Almond Ricotta. As Charlie will eat any kind of Maccaroni and David will as well. With this being something new none of us have tried out before I think I will make it this weekend as it sounds so good.

Doesn’t this look yummy? It is making me very hungry if I had the ingredients I would make it for Charlie and I for lunch. Although I have to go to the grocery store before I can make them as I don’t have all the ingredients. So it is a good thing David is paid today because he needs to take me grocery shopping as I am hungry and Charlie and I want to try this out as soon as possible.
