#FunFamilyFitness Day 24- Nature Play
Good morning, welcome to our series sharing #FunFamilyFitness Day 24- Nature Play. I know you might be asking me what is Nature Play. For me this means to get outside and play in the grass, mud and leaves. Just have fun and create new memories. Look for animals. rocks and things you can use in your classroom.
If you have the opportunity visit a Park or go on a hike in Nature which could be a Lake or Nature Center. Remember the Sky’s the limit. Just have fun while making new memories and don’t forget #NoPhone. Make sure what ever you choose to do today that you do it for 30 minutes.
