I don’t know about you but I love Popcorn and on days like this I miss my mom so much as she loved loved loved Popcorn. I wish I could visit the Theater and bring her a bag home. Since I can’t would you like to go to the Movies with me and we can order a Soda and Popcorn?
Popcorn lovers rejoice! Today is National Popcorn Poppin’ Month an annual designation observed in October. This is the best because we can’t think of any party, event, or celebration that wouldn’t be appropriate to serve Popcorn.
Whether you’re watching a movie, celebrating a birthday, or hanging out and watching the big game, Popcorn is always there. It’s easy, inexpensive, and addicting beyond belief. Have you ever had just one piece of Popcorn and then stopped? Of course not.

- All the best places offer Popcorn including Sporting events, movie theatres, and the comfort of our own home.
We could go on forever, but we’re starting to have cravings over here. Bottom line, Popcorn is a delicious, inexpensive, easy, and Buttery treat we can’t go wrong with.
HISTORY
For more than 30 years, October has been celebrated as National Popcorn Poppin’ Month; however, this holiday became “official” in 1999, when then Secretary of Agriculture Dan Glickman proclaimed October as National Popcorn Poppin’ Month.
