A Taste of Home: Affordable Eats

I thought I would share another Cookbook Charlie’s grandmother sent him. This Taste of Home Cookbook is A Taste of Home Affordable Eats. Charlie feel in love with the recipe on the cover that we can’t wait to make for dinner when David is off this week. Would you like to join us for dinner?

Again in this cookbook are tabs featuring Fast Fix, 5 Ingredients and Slow Cooker which will save us time when preparing meals. All we have to do is decide what type of meal we want to cook that day and flip to that section. If we plan on Sundays they we could purchase the groceries for the week and not be running to the grocery store everyday.

Knowing which meals we will prepare for the week will let us purchase groceries in bulk saving us even more money. Especially if we go to a store like Costco or Sam’s and purchase Spices in bulk sizes. Then we could even make recipes for David’s mom so she doesn’t have to cook for her and Dad.

If your on a budget like we are since moving into the new apartment there is even a section $10 or less. David looked through the cook book this morning and he wants to make the Stovetop Cheeseburger Pasta to compare to Hamburger Helper so we know which taste better for the future.

Thank you,
