I wanted to share another lady and her business I found on Facebook whose business is close to me. Sometimes the best local businesses are the ones you discover when you aren’t even looking for them and this is how this feature came about.
Yesterday, Blessed Together Bakery popped up in my feed and I knew almost immediately that I wanted to share her with you. Please allow me to introduce you to Tiffany Cruz, the baker behind Blessed Together Bakery in Watauga, Texas.
I just love the name of her Bakery and when I shared her business with Charlie and David they said we needed to share her on Greatful Moments because her business sounded like it belonged on our site and I agree with David and Charlie.
Tiffany makes cake pops, and right now she is bringing those sweet little treats right to her own porch. Yes, you read that right — you don’t always have to go searching for a big bakery or a fancy storefront to find something special. Sometimes, a neighbor is creating something wonderful right at home and sharing it with the community.
Here is a fun tip about my family we’ve never had a Cake Pop so I can’t wait to stop by her Bakery to pick up one or three for my family. Since she is in Watauga a hop and skip from my home I could also drop one off to my best friend Debbie because she lives in Watauga too.
Tiffany’s cake-pop setup is open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. at 5404 Caribou Ridge Drive in Watauga. And when I say I immediately connected with Tiffany, I mean it.
There’s something special about meeting someone who is building something of their own, serving their community, and doing it with a heart for people. That is the kind of small business I want to celebrate here.
Blessed Together Bakery isn’t just another name that showed up in my feed. It’s a reminder that some of the sweetest things happening in our communities are happening in ordinary places — on front porches, in home kitchens, and through people who decided to take something they love and turn it into something they can share with others.
And let’s be honest… It’s cake pops. That alone is enough reason to go see what Tiffany is making! Not only that she is a true entrepreneur from the get go and with her thinking outside the box I wanted to share her company with Charlie to remind him he can do the same if he puts his mind to it.
No, not making Cake Pops but running his gaming business and helping local people become better games and even learning about her company has motivated me to get outside of my home and promote my own company which will help me grow as well.
Why not treat the kids with a Cake Pop as a celebration for school beginning this week and if you’re looking for a sweet treat for yourself, or something fun to take to work, or a little pick-me-up for your friend or family, or you’re simply someone who loves supporting local small businesses which my family does, Tiffany is someone worth knowing.
