Christmas Gift Guide 2021: Gifts for Families: Sequential Body

 Good morning, welcome to our latest addition inside your Christmas Gift Guide 2021: Gifts for Families: Sequential Body by LA Yoga Emilie Perz. I was given a code for a 3-month membership in exchange for a spot in this year’s Christmas Gift Guide.

With me looking to kick off my weight loss plan in the New Year and Homeschooling Charlie full time I knew I would need a Physical Education plan for Charlie. Along with a way to work out for myself. If I could find a program Charlie and I would be able to do together that would be a Godsend.

Which is what we will be able to do not that we’ve found out about Sequential Body which Charlie and I will be choosing classes for in the New Year and begin our work out journey. Would you like to join us as the classes are online and we can keep each other accountable?

I wanted to let you know I will be signing Charlie up for Beauty Brain Boost which are short meditation-based classes that help boost our mental capacities. Use them as a tonic to wake up in the morning or throughout the day when brain fog rolls in. We pair breath, mudras (hand seals) and gentle movement to change our mental landscape and recalibrate our cognitive functioning.
