Definition of STEM: Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), previously science, mathematics, engineering, and technology (SMET) a broad term used to group together these courses.
Inspired by Nature– Whether it’s artificial intelligence, mechanics, or sensory input, engineers take a page from animals and even humans.
More or Less Gravity– When you slap a friend on the back, and they lurch forward. This experience create g-forces, or gravity forces.
The Laser– A device that emits light through a process of optical amplification based on the stimulated emission of electromagnetic radiation. “Laser” originated as an acronym for “light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation”.
The Built World teaches us what a Civil Engineer is and what he does in our World.
The Inside Story– Lets learn about Magnets and what and how they work.
