Take the Stress Out of Gift Giving this Holiday Season with Parcel

Typically, the holiday shopping season includes trips to malls, shopping centers, or boutiques to search for the perfect gifts for friends and loved ones. This year, however, has put a stop to that trend. With most shopping being done online this year due to COVID-19, everyone can use some assistance managing the onslaught of order emails and tracking numbers to make sure gifts arrive on time.

Parcel by PackageX, a new smartphone app that’s arrived just in time for the holiday shopping season, provides one simple-to-use interface to view all of your incoming gift orders. The app tracks packages by using your phone’s camera to scan email tracking numbers and allows you to name each shipment (e.g. Lego set for Billy, etc.), so you don’t get confused or overwhelmed when packages arrive. Parcel conveniently manages both domestic and international gift orders and alerts you when your package arrives to make sure holiday presents don’t get spotted before they can be wrapped.

Additionally, the Parcel app can generate shipping labels for users looking to send gifts to socially-distanced loved ones. Augmented Reality (AR) technology within the app scans boxes and generates cost estimates from USPS for shipping speed, size, and weight. This feature is also great for returning or exchanging items after the holidays.

Let Parcel take the stress out of gift giving, so you can focus on enjoying holiday festivities like baking cookies and drinking eggnog!
The Parcel app by Package X is available for download on Apple and Android app stores. For more information, please visit
