Motivational Quote Sunday June 7th
This is a new beginning for me in both my health and my weight loss journey. I got up this morning and weighed for the first time in a long time. I weighed more than I ever wanted to. Which is why I wanted to share Motivational Quote Sunday June 7th to remind me I am good enough and I can do anything I put my mind to.
I just have to believe in myself and not give up. If I stumble and fall I just pick myself up and move on. Because through the Lord and love of my family I can do anything I want and I will do anything I put my mind to and you can to.
David has stood behind me and purchased new products for me to try during this month. Even if I don’t lose the weight I need to lose I will be healthier at the end of the month.
I’m changing my eating Habits. I am getting up everyday for the next 7 days and will be walking 10,000 steps a day. Which I plan on keeping up even when the challenge is over.
They say it takes 21 Days to break a bad habit and day one begins this morning. I would like to ask you to join me in my journey. Even it its only walking with us.
