Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf

My best friend Debbie Finney Sutton has been telling me for a year that I should make a Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf because there so easy to make. Debbie says this is the best Meatloaf she has ever had.

When I purchase groceries I ‘m going to purchase the ingredients including Stove Top Stuffing Pork and create Stove Top Stuffing Meatloaf for Sunday Dinner. I will invite my sister Debbie over for lunch.

It will not be the same Meatloaf as we had on Sunday dinner as my parents used Compliment in there Meatloaf which hasn’t been made in years. Having the Stove Top Meatloaf will allow us to create new memories. I just hope there is enough to take to Granny Sherry for her Sunday Dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix, any flavor ( I was thinking Pork flavor)
  • 1 cup hot Water
  • 1 1/2 lbs lean ground Beef (I would get 97%)
  • 1 cup cold Water
  • 2 large Eggs, beaten
  • 1 pkg Brown Gravy Mix

Instructions

  • Add Stove Top Stuffing mix to a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir in the hot Water and let the mixture ‘rest’ for 5 minutes. Stir again, and set aside.
  • To a large mixing bowl, add the ground Beef, Gravy Mix, cold Water, and Egg. Using your hands, mix the ingredients together until evenly combined.
  • Stir in the Stove Top Stuffing mix until evenly combined.
  • Spray a Bundt pan with non stick cooking spray (I use Pam). Spoon the Meatloaf mixture into the prepared pan. Using your hands, or a spatula, press the Meat down into a firm, even layer. When I make this I am thinking of using a Muffin Pan or small Bread Pans ( like you would make mini loaves of Bread in)
  • Bake the Meatloaf at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, or until no longer pink inside.
  • Let the Meatloaf rest, away from heat, for 5 full minutes. Carefully turn the Meatloaf out onto a plate, serving tray, or cutting board.
  • Slice, and serve with your favorite side dishes and Desserts.
