Ridin, Ropin’ & Recipes

I have begun to collect Cookbooks and when we redo our kitchen this Summer I want to use Country Decor and was thinking about putting shelves up with unique cookbooks on the wall for decorating.

One of the cookbooks I would like to purchase is Ridin’, Ropin’ & Recipes by Nancy Shepard. I just hope Charlie or David will purchase Ridin’, Ropin’ & Recipe for me. If you wonder where I found this cookbook at it was at the Fort Worth Stockyards but can also be purchased online on Amazon.

In “Ridin’, Ropin’, & Recipes,” Nancy Sheppard has shared the stories, recipes and action photos of the many accomplished people she has met throughout the years.

She started performing at Rodeos at the age of nine and performed at the famous Pendleton, Oregon, Round-Up when she was only eleven. By the time she was seventeen, Nancy was trick riding at New York’s storied Madison Square Garden.

She has been inducted into the National Cowgirl Museum & Hall of Fame, the National Cowboy Museum & Hall of Fame and the ProRodeo Hall of Fame. This is much more than a cookbook, it is RODEO HISTORY!
