In this third installment, a new arrival has all of the woodland friends trembling and cowering in fear. A mountain lion at Crab Lake is something they’ve never seen before. Everyone is nervous about the mountain cat’s intentions, but Jeannie has a feeling that there is more to him than meets the eye.
Through expressive prose and classic illustrations, this addition to David’s series encourages readers to treat others with open minds and open hearts in a charming tale that can be shared for years to come.
Right now is a very scary world not knowing what is going to happen and if or when we will get back to normal. It was nice to be able to share this novel with Charlie to remind him there is kindness in the world and we will be okay as long as we work together and believe in the kindness of others.
DAVID MULFORD and his wife, Jeannie, Christmas would not be complete without their visits to the beautiful Wisconsin waters of Crab Lake. These magical journeys provide the inspiration for David’s whimsical tales.
