When we were taking Charlie to the counselor after Charlie tried to kill himself the counselor said we should purchase Board Games and Jigsaw Puzzles for Charlie to play.
When I begin looking for things for Charlie and I to do on Valentines. Along with Gifts to purchase for David and Charlie. I never thought about purchasing a puzzle until Jiggy reminded me puzzles make the perfect Valentines Day Gift.

I think puzzles are amazing and creative and fun opportunities to work with someone on a shared project. I made a puzzle of the cover of my recent children’s book that you featured. I will post a photo of the puzzle on LinkedIn so folks can see it. Creating puzzles of favorite book covers is fun and makes a book all the more meaningful and puzzles can range in degree of difficulty — from large to medium pieces to small pieces. And it can be done at a relative low cost if one shops around. I have been thinking that providing a puzzle with a book might be good for kids — particularly those who have experienced trauma.
