Journey North
It’s Tuesday, October 22, 2019, and time for Science in our Homeschooling Classroom and I have a Recommended Website Journey North. I would like for you to check out.
Age Range: 6-18 (Grades 1-12, with parental supervision) This website chronicles “one of the largest citizen science programs in North America.” You can become part of their scientific research team by observing, counting, and reporting the data back or just follow the migrations of many different creatures.
When you get to the site, learn about the migration of birds and more including:

- Monarch Butterflies
- Bald Eagle
- Earthworms
- Common Loons
- Red-winged Blackbird
- Barn Swallow
- Whooping Cranes
- Gray Whales
