Wordless Wednesday- Theme: Get Out and Move!
The past couple months I have been trying to get out and move more. Plus I have been trying to get both David and Charlie to as well. Because at school they do not get to have PE the way we did as children. Which isn’t healthy as all children and even adults need to get up and move.
So for me I am trying to walk and get at least 10,000 steps a day. And also swim every day if possible. Plus I try and get outside in the yard and play Basketball or Soccer with Charlie at least a couple times a week.
Do you try to get up and move? If so what do you do? Do you do it by yourself or does someone do it with you?

It is great to get moving more. We love walking and usually walk for about 2 hours per day. I hardly ever use the car. I used to love playing basketball and was on the school team , many years ago now (!). It would be great to play again. Enjoy your exercise! 🙂

Playing Basketball would be fun. Especially since I never did Sports as
a child. And walking 2 hours is awesome. I wish I could do that. As
for not using the car I try but my husband insists as he says he
walks enough at work.
