It’s Monday, , and time for Math and before you say isn’t it Summer so why do you have your children doing homework and the reason is I didn’t want Charlie to forget what he learned last year. This ad-free website was created by a math coach and math teacher to help other math teachers bring real-life into their math classrooms with free lessons and activities that are relevant to students today.
The idea is to engage students to do the “math, reason, think critically, question and communicate.” The site is updated with new activities each week.
When you get to the site you’ll see a “Bird’s Eye of Activities” that are available. Click on any one of interest and a new page opens with complete instructions. You can also use the menu at the top of the page to access free activities by grade or genre including:

This is a great way to engage students in the learning process.
