10 Must Make Mason Jar Meals

This Friday I’m supposed to be having lunch with a childhood friend and discussing her mom’s Birthday. Because Ruby has Crohn’s disease and can’t leave her house to get to Church or to go out with her friends. Who have stopped visiting her, so she is becoming extremely depressed?

So the other day when Debbie and I was on the phone confirming our lunch date. I mentioned her throwing a small Birthday party for her mom. This was some of her friends could come and spend the afternoon with her. At first I had thought of everyone bringing their favorite dish.

Although if they’re coming to a party I think we should provide the food. So since I want this party to be unique and different from anything Ruby has ever had. I am thinking we might make a variety of Mason Jar meals for everyone. Because we could add cute labels and everyone could take their jar home that evening as a reminder of the party.

I have a question for you do you have a drink we should serve at the party. As well as a dessert we could make. I would like for the desserts also to come in Mason Jars. But it would need to be for a Diabetic as Ruby is also a Diabetic. So even though we might have a cake I would like to have something her and her husband can enjoy as well.

Thank you,
