Good morning, we are on Day 8th of the Ultimate Blogger  Challenge. So this morning as  I went through the prompts to see what the creators of the Ultimate Blog Challenge suggest we post this morning I saw it was a video.

Which as soon as I read the post I knew exactly which video I would post as it would allow me to show you how funny kids can be. As well as share a memory from my childhood and my beloved mom all in one post.

So this morning I wanted to showcase a pay phone and a song written by Travis Tritt called Here’s A Quarter Call Somebody Who Cares. As this is how I feel today since Charlie has been gone since Friday and hasn’t called me. So when he comes home and wants to talk to me I just might tell him to call someone who cares since he couldn’t check in with me.

Now, I know I could call him or even go out to where they are but I am trying not to disturb them and to give him some “FREEDOM” but it is killing me. I miss both boys so much. I hope today ends soon so they come home.

Although if they decide to stay a while longer I will handle it and not complain as it gives me time to work on the blog and also in the house. As well as spend one on one time with David which we never seem to get.

So without further ado here is the video I mentioned as I knew exactly what I wanted to post as it would match this video to a T.

My question for you this morning is when was the last time you used a payphone and do you know who you called on it? Do you remember what it cost to make that phone call?

Because when my mom passed away my dad put a dime in her hand so when she got where she was going if she didn’t like it she could call us and we would go get her.

My sister and I both asked why it was a dime and my dad said that was how much it would cost him to call and ask my mom for a date. So this morning I have plenty of dimes. I just can’t call my mom.
