Wordless Wednesday Dirt, Dirt and More Dirt!!

As we redo both the inside and outside of our home. We went and purchased a truckload of dirt for the yard. So we can put in a small garden and also put up a table and chairs with my fire pit David purchased me.

Now  that I see the dirt I think by trying to save us money I made a mistake. I think we should have purchased a truck load of rocks. Although we have gotten most of the dirt in David says he will be adding rocks in a couple months. Just don’t hold your breath on that happening.

So I need help designing our garden so I would appreciate your comments on what types of flowers should Charlie and I  plant and why? Also what type of lights should we put into the yard?
