Ultimate Blog Challenge Day #8

Welcome to Ultimate Blog Challenge Day #8. I hope things are good as I wish you a good morning. How are you? We have week one down and it is a brand-new week. I can’t wait to see where the new week will take us.

I am really enjoying the Ultimate Blog Challenge this year. I’ve been reading some phenomenal post from other bloggers and getting really good feedback on the post I’ve written.

Here are the tips for what to blog about today:

Day 8: Time for a Contest or Promo

People love contests! Why don’t you come up with some type of contest to engage your readers? Try running something as simple as a “caption this photo” contest or do something more elaborate such as an “Enter a drawing for a product or service you have to offer” contest. Be creative – but most of all, make it easy to enter.

If I was to win this Valentine Day contest, I would send my 99 year old mother-in-law a box of candy with a little stuffed animal. She is allergic to flowers but LOVES candy. The little animal would sit on the shelf so she could have a remembrance of Valentine Day. Martha DeMeo

Sounds like a lot of fun and she just might make you something. Let her know she is Blessed to have a sewing machine as my daughter always wanted one and never got one.

I would buy Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels for my husband. They are is favorite!

I would use the Gift Cert. to buy a wife for my wonderful wife Joanne. She loves candles so I’d buy a very nice Yankee Candle Co. item.
