Greatful Moments — Grateful, Thankful, and Blessed.
Thanksgiving is one of those holidays that reminds me how important faith, family, and love are. Life gets busy, and sometimes I get so caught up in everything I need to do for Greatful Moments that I forget to slow down and enjoy the little things. The Lord gives us seasons to enjoy, people to love, and blessings that we sometimes don’t stop long enough to appreciate.
Thanksgiving doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. It doesn’t have to look like the pictures in a magazine, and the table doesn’t have to be filled with every dish somebody thinks you ought to make. What matters is the love we share, the memories we make, and the people who make us feel at home.
This year, I wanted to put together a Thanksgiving reading guide with a little romance, some small-town charm, and a reminder that family can include the friends who stand beside us. I’m also including a Thanksgiving word-search book for those days when you want a quiet activity instead of another story.
So grab your favorite drink, get comfortable, and let’s look at some Thanksgiving reads!
🍂 Son Arabella’s Thanksgiving Romance
If you enjoy seasonal love stories, Son Arabella’s Thanksgiving Romance is one title to explore as we head toward the holiday. Thanksgiving-themed romances can be a fun way to ease into the season before the cooking, shopping, and family gatherings begin.

🏡 Thanksgiving at Serendipity Springs: A Small Sweet Town Romance
There is something inviting about a small-town romance, especially when a holiday brings people together. Thanksgiving at Serendipity Springs is described as a sweet small-town romance and is book 11 in the Serendipity Springs series.
If you enjoy returning to a familiar fictional town and catching up with its characters, this title may be worth adding to your list.

🍁 Cold Turkey: A Sweet Thanksgiving Vermont Romance
For readers who enjoy a sweet romance with a seasonal setting, Cold Turkey: A Sweet Thanksgiving Vermont Romance is another title to explore. It is listed as book two in the Sweet as Maple Syrup series.
A Thanksgiving romance set in Vermont sounds like a fitting choice for a cozy fall reading day.
🥧 The Friendsgiving Pact: A Thanksgiving Romance
Thanksgiving isn’t celebrated the same way in every household. Sometimes friends gather around a table, bring their favorite dishes, share a few laughs, and create traditions of their own. That is one reason I wanted to include a Friendsgiving story in this guide.
The Friendsgiving Pact is described as a cozy college friends-to-lovers romance featuring fake dating and real love. It brings a different kind of holiday gathering into our Thanksgiving reading list.
Friendsgiving can be meaningful for college students who can’t make it home, people who live far from relatives, or anyone who has discovered that friends can become family, too.

🧩 Cozy Thanksgiving Word Search for Adults
Not everybody wants to spend their quiet time reading a romance. Sometimes you want to work on a puzzle, relax with a cup of coffee, and give your mind a little break.
A Thanksgiving word-search book is a seasonal activity to enjoy at home or give to someone who likes puzzles. It can be a fun way to take a few minutes for yourself during a busy holiday week.

🙏 Faith, Family, Love, and Gratitude
As Thanksgiving gets closer, I hope we all remember to slow down and appreciate what we have. Some years are easier than others. Some holidays look different from the way we imagined they would. We may miss people who should be sitting at the table, or we may celebrate with friends who have become family along the way.
Whatever Thanksgiving looks like for you this year, I hope you can find a little peace, a reason to smile, and a blessing to count.
A good book or a simple puzzle won’t solve every problem, but sometimes a few quiet minutes can help us catch our breath and remember what matters most.
