Sometimes the best part of a holiday is making something, using your imagination, and having a little fun together. So today we’re adding a little Halloween creativity to our GreatfulMoments Ticket Challenge.

I want you to imagine that you could create your very own Halloween fruit roll-up. What would it look like? Would it have giant monster eyes? Maybe a mouth full of funny teeth?

Two little vampire fangs? A spider crawling across it? A jack-o’-lantern? A ghost? Maybe your fruit roll-up is actually a monster that has come to life! You get to decide.

Charlie said he would like for you to meet Frankie the Fruit Roll-Up Monster! he will be creating. As for David he said he is going to make Dracula and I want to make a friendly Ghost like Casper.

I wanted to remind you when you draw your fruit roll-up below and turn it into something spooky, silly, creepy, or completely ridiculous. There are no wrong answers.

Maybe yours would be a monster. Maybe it would look like Dracula. Maybe it would be a friendly ghoul. Maybe you will invent something nobody has ever seen before. What would YOU put on a fruit roll-up to make it scary?

That’s right. When you finish your Halloween fruit roll-up activity, add one ticket to your Halloween Ticket Challenge total. And don’t forget to color your creation!

The Halloween Fruit Roll-Up Bonus Challenge

1. Give Your Monster a Name: What is your scary fruit roll-up called? Earn 1 ticket! 2. Give It Some Crazy Eyes: Draw the biggest, funniest, creepiest, or silliest eyes you can imagine. Earn 1 ticket! 3. Give It a Spooky Smile: Add teeth, fangs, crooked teeth, or whatever kind of Halloween smile your monster needs. Earn 1 ticket! 4. Invent a Flavor What does your scary fruit roll-up taste like? Strawberry Monster? Blood Orange Blast? Ghostly Grape? Or something you make up yourself. Earn 1 ticket! 5. Give It a Creepy Friend: Add a spider, bat, bug, ghost, black cat, or another Halloween friend. Earn 1 ticket! 6. Design the Package Draw the package your scary fruit roll-up would come in. What would it say on the front? Earn 1 ticket! 7. Tell Us Its Story Where did your fruit roll-up monster come from? Was it made in a spooky kitchen? Did it come out of a Halloween candy bowl? Did it escape from somewhere? Write a short story about it. Earn 1 ticket! 8. Color It Give your creation some Halloween colors. You don’t have to use traditional orange and black. Maybe your monster is purple, green, blue, pink, or rainbow-colored! Earn 1 ticket! 9. Share It With Your Family Show your finished creation to someone in your family and tell them about your monster. Earn 1 ticket! 10. MAKE IT EVEN SCARIER! Look at your finished fruit roll-up. Now ask yourself: “What could I add to make this even scarier?” Add one more spooky detail. Earn 1 ticket!

Your regular Design Your Own Scary Fruit Roll-Up activity earns 1 ticket. Then our Halloween Surprise gives you up to 10 more tickets. And remember, these are just part of our bigger GreatfulMoments Ticket Challenge.
