June 30: National Mai Tai Day
Well we’ve made it to the end of the month and as we move into July tomorrow I sure could use a break. A drink or two would be nice to have this evening with David. I was thinking a Screwdriver would be might tasty if David would bring home some Orange Juice.
Then I found out June 30th is National Mai Tai Day. I’ve never had a Mai Tai and I don’t know if David has or not. I was thinking it would be nice to slip away from the house this evening with David for a date nite. Then we can try a Mai Tai but if David is to tired to go out this evening we can stay home.
I will have David pick up the ingredients to make a Mai Tai at home and once we finish dinner we can make a drink and go sit outside on the back Patio for a hour and just relax before watching a movie before he goes to bed. I found recipe for a Mai Tai online.
