June 12 National Peanut Butter Cookie Day #NationalPeanutButterCookieDay

Man oh man I missed out on June 12th which was National Peanut Butter Cookie Day. I don’t know about you but I was wanting a Chocolate Chip Cookie with Nuts the other night but I would have been more than happy with Peanut Butter Cookies.

Usually like most homes in the US I have Peanut Butter in our home and Eggs so I would have the beginning ingredients to make Peanut Butter Cookies but not this week were out of Peanut Butter and Eggs.

I have to purchase groceries this week and I need to pick up Peanut Butter for the Sandwiches I like to have and Eggs for dinner in the evenings. While at the Store I’m going to cheat and purchase Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookies, Cookie Baking Mix.

This will make making Cookies easy peasy this evening. I may purchase Chocolate Chip Cookies and Peacan’s or Walnuts so we have 2 different Cookies to snack on this week. Would you want to join me for Movie Night with Cookies and Milk? I will even let you pick what we watch.
