Sweet Sofia’s Bakery Banana Walnut Loaf Slice

Being on a #diet gets hard. I was trying to do a Slim Fast Shake at least once a day with Hydroxycut. I hate to admit it I failed. I haven’t been using those supplements. I haven’t been drinking the #water I should drink. The only thing I’ve done is make sure to have #breakfast so I can work during the day.

My snacking had been out of control. I need to find something to eat before 7 at night and not eat again until the next morning. Instead of going to the refrigerator at night and snacking even though a lot of times its just a bite of something it still adds up.

I’ve been #Blessed this week. David brought me Sweet Sofia’s Bakery Banana Walnut Loaf I’ve been having for breakfast with a a glass of Milk. This cake is 3 ounces and it could be divided up into two different snacks.

I like that there is just one slice in the package of The Banana Walnut Loaf Slice because it keeps us from over eating. Having Banana’s in the Bread allows me to get some Fruit in each day because I don’t eat Fruit of any kind. Walnuts are healthy as well.

I love that you can actually taste the Banana and the Walnuts in Sweet Sofia’s Bakery Banana Walnut Loaf . You can eat the Banana Bread right out of the package or warm it with some Butter. To dress the Bread up you could add Cream Cheese Icing to it.

The Banana Walnut Loaf Slice read contains 310 calories which could be walked up if we went walking after having a slice of the Bread. I liked learning the Bread has 4 grams of Protein which I need with my diet. The Bread is soft and not hard. It will fall apart in your hands. After just once slice of the Banana Walnut Loaf I was hooked and wanted more. I bet its the same for you.

Thank you,
