January 5th, 2024 National Keto Day #nationalketoday and National Bird Day #nationalbirdday
Before I begin my day I wanted to let you know today is January 5th, 2024 #National Bird Day #nationalbirdday and National Keto Day #nationalketoday which I need to look into as I’ve still struggling with the weight I need to lose. I’ve looked into Keto diets in the past but they confuse me even though my friend Debbie does Keto and her and her husband have lost a lot of weight through Keto Diets.
I have been blessed in the past to review cookbooks on Keto and I thought I would have with you Ultimate Keto Cookbook which we could sit down and read this morning as we Bord watch outside because today is also National Bird Day #NationalBirdDay and I have Bird coloring sheets her and a book on Birds here.
Charlie and I’ve been using Urban Aviary: A modern guide to city birds when we go walk to identify the Birds we see. Once we get home Charlie and I color these Bird Coloring pages we found online. Then for another Field Trip for Homeschool Charlie and I go down to his grandmothers and fill her Bird Feeders for her then we go walk around Pecan Park. Would you like to come with us?
