August 19th is National Potato Day #PotatoDay and I don’t know about you but in our home its’ not dinner if we don’t have some kind of Potato, Mack N Cheese,, Stover Top Stuffing and sometimes Rice. Is it this way in your home? David likes Fries and Mashed Potatoe’s Instant or Fresh it doesn’t matter as long as he has Potatoes. Charlie likes Scalloped Potatoes and we usually purchase Betty Crocker. Then there is me I love Loaded Baked Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes especially Homemade.
