I was going to look for the prompt in this morning’s Ultimate Blog Challenge January 17th, 2023. Instead since I’ve got such a busy day today I thought I would share what we will be doing today. David is off today thank the LORD because he has worked so much. Charlie and I haven’t gotten to spend much time with him. I’m going walking this morning for the challenge I joined. Lord help me because today is 1st day of Age Disruptors Perimenopause-Menopause Support & Solutions Challenge.16 days of walking. Which I can do. But the goal is to get in 7500 Steps. Can I do this with my knee I honestly don’t know. Will the challenge help me lose weight I don’t know. Will I be able to get a friend or friends to join me in the challenge I don’t know.
