I’m excited to let you know I was able to get in my 7500 steps in Age Disruptors Perimenopause-Menopause Support & Solutions. Once again it was a challenge. To begin my walk Deborah kay Ice, David and I went to Walmart on Rufe Snow. Because I left later we weren’t able to walk as much as I had planned. Childhood friends and suicide
I let home yesterday morning to go walking with my sister. I wasn’t thinking that when I returned home a childhood friend would have killed himself. Its so so sad as this past week when I was on Facebook another friend posted about dealing with Cancer. I’ve been blessed to have remained in contact with a lot of friends from school. Seeing them suffer is so hard. Knowing one of my friends took his own life by shooting himself is unthinkable. His daughter and him had just reconnected and he left her behind which is unthinkable.
