Now that Charlie is becoming more experienced in cooking I’ve been purchasing more expensive cuts of Meat. This morning Charlie brought me Taste of Home Annual Recipes 2018. On the cover is a Crown Roast which looks so good. I’ve always wanted to try a Crown Roast but haven’t had the opportunity. I’m thinking I may visit a Meat Market and see if they have one for sale.
