I wish I had known this morning was National Blueberry Pancake Day as I would have snagged Charlie and we would have taken Granny Sherry and Papa David to breakfast at I Hop because David Sr. loves all things Blueberries. If they didn’t feel like going out to Breakfast this morning, then Charlie and I could have picked up the ingredients and made Pa Homemade Blueberry Pancakes which would have been the perfect recipe for Charlie to make in his Homeschool Cooking Class this morning.
