Good morning, how are you? I wanted to share our series for Food Holidays June 6th, 2021. I remember as a child my dad making Gingerbread for us for Sunday dessert and I sure miss those times. Now, the only time I get Gingerbread is if we went to a certain restaurant which has closed. Although, I could make Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cake and Cookie Mix, or purchase Gingersnaps since David also likes Gingerbread. But I’m not sure it would be good for my diet. What do you think?
