When Suzzane was alive we liked to go and get Bar B Que at different restaurants around town. One of our favorite places was Lone Star Bar-B- Que. Social Distancing Doesn’t Stop Us From Walking
Being inside our homes is the best things for everyone but that doesn’t mean when we are practicing social distancing we can’t go walking. We just need to keep 6 feet between us. I was sitting on the couch I noticed I didn’t have any Energy. All I wanted to do was eat and sleep. This isn’t healthy and will not allow me to lose the weight I need and want to lose. Remember when we could go outside
This morning I woke up in a funk. I wanted to blame the Lord for what we are going through. Then I walked through my home and out onto the deck and I saw a new day.
